Green Building

A Green Building is a project that is aiming for a certain level of a national or international externally verified third party green certification, as for instance LEED or EU GreenBuilding. Green projects are in Budapest for example the Skanska buildings: Népliget Center and the planned next office building, the Green House.

Green buildings are environmentally sustainable buildings that are designed, constructed and operated to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment.
